In today's world, where remote work has become the norm and AI is rapidly advancing, opportunities for human interaction have drastically decreased for people over 30, including seniors aged 60 and above.

This service was created to offer a place that serves as a special “medicine” for those who suffer in silence or feel stuck in an unchanging life—to help them enjoy life again.

Through 【first drop】, we aim to support everyone in finding someone to talk to about their worries and in connecting with others who can help transform their routine days into ones full of bright smiles and joyful experiences.

To ensure proper management, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use by downloading this app and using the service. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are prohibited from using this service.

Article 1: Definitions
(a) This App: Refers to the smartphone application named “【first drop】” provided by the MOBILE FIELD.
(b) This Service: Refers to all services provided through this app.
(c) Communication Service: Refers to a service that supports connections between individuals via the Internet or through the application.
(d) User: Refers to an individual who uses this service.
(e) User Content: Refers to text, images, videos, and other content posted or uploaded by users to this app. Users may only post or edit such content if they hold the necessary intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, or have obtained permission from the rights holders.
(f) Tickets: Refers to the unit of in-app currency used within this service.

Article 2: Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all actions taken by users when using the services provided on this app by the MOBILE FIELD.

These Terms set forth the conditions for use of this service. Users shall use the service in accordance with these Terms.

By using this service, users are deemed to have agreed to all provisions in these Terms.

The terms and conditions for use of this service are specified not only in these Terms but also in other related policies. Regardless of their names, such policies shall constitute part of these Terms.

Article 3: Handling of Personal Information
The management team will appropriately manage and protect personal information in accordance with a separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 4: Revisions to These Terms
The management team may revise these Terms at any time.

If the Terms are revised as per the previous clause, the revised Terms of Use will be promptly published on the service.

The revised Terms will take effect from the time they are posted on the service.

Article 5: About This Service
This service is a communication service. It does not facilitate introductions to the opposite sex, nor does it promote meetings, interactions, dating, or the exchange of related information with the opposite sex.

The purpose of this service is to enable users—who may not have opportunities to meet others in daily life and who come from various backgrounds, viewpoints, ages, and preferences—to enjoy communicating and exchanging information online about personal interests (like animals or food), parenting, school, work, and more.

Therefore, users agree in advance that this service is not designed or operated for advertising, solicitation, trolling, or any use aimed at physical encounters or romantic relationships.

Article 6: Child Protection and Safety Measures
The MOBILE FIELD considers child protection to be a particularly important issue. To prevent crimes involving minors (juvenile protection), the following feature restrictions will apply:

Use by individuals under 18 years old or high school students is strictly prohibited.

If a user finds another user engaging in prohibited behavior as defined in Article 8, they may report it to the management team using the in-app report button.

Users under the age of 20 are prohibited from making payments via credit card for this service.

If a person under 18 uses the service while falsely claiming to be 18 or older, their membership will be immediately terminated and their account deleted. If necessary, their legal guardian or relevant authorities will be contacted to promptly resolve the issue.

Article 7: Account Ownership
Each user is permitted to own only one account. A single individual may not own multiple accounts, nor may multiple individuals share a single account.

Article 8: Prohibited Acts
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and to respect the rights and dignity of others. The following acts (hereinafter referred to as “Prohibited Acts”) are strictly forbidden:

(a) Sending or posting obscene images, documents, or content that constitutes child pornography.
(b) Soliciting compensated dating, prostitution, or similar activities.
(c) Engaging in any activities aimed at physical meetings or romantic relationships.
(d) Sending or posting violent, grotesque, criminally provocative, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive images or text.
(e) Promoting, depicting, or glorifying drug use (including illegal drugs) or fraudulent activities.
(f) Providing false age information during registration.
(g) Posting content harmful to minors.
(h) Infringing on the privacy or intellectual property rights of this app or third parties.
(i) Harassing or disturbing the MOBILE FIELD or third parties.
(j) Defaming or slandering this app or any third party.
(k) Obstructing the operation of this app.
(l) Using this service for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the app.
(m) Providing your account to any third party, whether by transfer or lending.
(n) Violating these Terms.
(o) Engaging in behavior that is contrary to public order and morals.
(p) Exchanging money between users.
(q) Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the management team.

If a user engages in any Prohibited Acts, the management team may, without prior notice, delete the offending content, suspend or terminate access to the service, or revoke the user’s membership.

In such cases, users agree in advance that the management team will not respond to inquiries or complaints regarding deleted content or account suspensions, and no refunds for purchased tickets will be provided.
Furthermore, if the Prohibited Act causes damage to the MOBILE FIELD, the team reserves the right to seek compensation from the responsible user through mutual consultation.

Article 9: Disclaimer
The MOBILE FIELD does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the information provided to users through this service.

The management team does not conduct background checks on users. Users acknowledge in advance that the profiles and information shared by communication partners may not be true, accurate, or realistic, and may be exaggerated or fictional. Even if a user is dissatisfied with the content or outcome of such communication, the management team assumes no responsibility whatsoever.

Users agree that 【first drop】 shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from their use of the service, including system malfunctions or related issues.

Users acknowledge that the management team bears no responsibility and will not be involved in any problems or damages that may arise between users and third parties.

The management team reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review and remove or modify any user-submitted content it deems inappropriate.

The MOBILE FIELD bears no responsibility for the content of emails, messages, or uploaded content created by third parties or users.

Article 10: Fees
The basic content of this service is available free of charge.

For pricing details on paid content, please refer to the “Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions” page. (In some cases, paid services may be available for free through actions such as ad clicks.)

Users agree in advance that the MOBILE FIELD does not provide refunds for payments or returns for tickets after purchase.

Users are responsible for any communication charges incurred when using this service, and the management team shall not provide any compensation in that regard.

Purchased in-app currency (tickets) is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase, after which it will expire. Some in-app currency obtained for free may also have an expiration period.

Article 11: Account Deletion
Users may freely discontinue the use of this service by deleting the application at their own discretion, or by submitting a request for account deletion through the inquiry form within the app. In doing so, users agree to forfeit all rights related to the service (including but not limited to rights concerning tickets).

Notwithstanding the previous clause, if users register their email address and password with the service before deleting their account, they may re-download the application and restore partial data within one year of deletion. However, users are solely responsible for managing their password with due care as a responsible user. The management team assumes no liability for any misuse or unauthorized use of the password by third parties.

No fees or administrative charges will be incurred for deleting an account.

Article 12: Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
1. The user (or the owner of the rights to the Contents) shall retain the intellectual property rights including copyrights to the Contents as before. However, the Management Team may use the Contents on the websites, etc. affiliated with the Management Team and the Service after processing deemed necessary by the Management Team within the scope of the purpose of providing the Service. In this case, the user shall not exercise any moral rights with respect to the use of the Contents in this Application.
2. except for the Contents posted or edited by the User, all copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the Service and all information related to the Service shall belong to the MOBILE FIELD or to the right holders who have authorized the management team to use them. The user may not reproduce, transfer, lend, translate, modify, reprint, transmit to the public (including enabling the transmission to the public), transfer, distribute, publish, or sell. User shall not copy, transfer, lend, translate, modify, reprint, transmit to the public (including enabling public transmission), transfer, distribute, publish, or use for business purposes, etc.

Article 13: Advertisements
1. The Service may provide advertisements of the MOBILE FIELD and advertisers to users by posting them on the Service. 2.
2. advertisements from advertisers will be posted as deemed appropriate by the MOBILE FIELD, but this application does not guarantee the content of such advertisements. Please inquire with the advertiser regarding the content of their advertisements. 3.
3. Users shall be responsible for any actions resulting from advertisements provided by the Service.

Article 14: Services and Rights of [first drop]
1. As a support tool for communication, profile information, GPS information, etc. entered or obtained at the user's discretion on the service may be disclosed to other users with the user's consent.
If the Management Team determines that a user has violated or may have violated these Terms of Use, the Management Team may delete all or part of the user's posts, messages, photos, videos, and any other information posted by the user on the Service without prior notice to the user. In this case, the Management Team may delete all or part of such information without prior notice to the user. In such a case, the Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user. 3.
Communication between users of the Service is provided through the application contents managed by the Operator. The user agrees that the Operator may view the user's information in order to prevent accidents and to provide a sound service in accordance with the purpose of use of the Service. However, the Management Team shall not be obligated to inspect or monitor such information, nor shall it be responsible for the completeness or certainty of such inspection or monitoring. 4.
4.4 The Management Team may, depending on the user's usage status, provide a service in which the staff members of the Management Team may provide a member with a partner by sending messages or other appropriate means, in order to monitor inappropriate users, prevent crimes (protection of youth), keep the gender ratio of the Service at an appropriate level, and provide entertainment such as imagination. The service may be provided by the management team staff to provide the Member with companionship by sending messages or other appropriate means. In such cases, the user agrees in advance to pay the normal usage fee. The User acknowledges and agrees in advance that the information provided by the management team staff is for the purpose of crime prevention or entertainment, and may be true, accurate, or unrealistic, or may be based on exaggeration or creation. 5.
5. The logs of the user's usage of the application guaranteed by the Service may be deleted as necessary for system reasons.
6. If a user has not logged into the Service for up to 3 months since the last login, the Management Team reserves the right to delete the user's account based on the user's usage status. In this case, the user agrees to waive any and all rights (including but not limited to rights to tickets) related to the Service. 7.
You represent and warrant that you have or have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, authorizations, and/or powers necessary to grant the rights granted herein with respect to any Content that you transmit, post or display through the Services or that you display on the Services. You represent and warrant that you have or have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, rights and/or authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein.

Article 15: Suspension and Cessation of the Service
1. first drop's operation team may temporarily suspend provision of the Service without notice to the User in any of the following cases, or in the event of the threat of such suspension or cessation.
(a) Natural disasters or other emergencies occur, and the operation team determines that it is difficult to operate the Service.
(b) In the event of maintenance of the Service, addition of new functions, or other work.
(c)When the operation team determines that it is difficult to operate the Service due to problems with the environment or facilities necessary for the operation of the Service.
(d)When it is found that the Service is being interfered with by the transmission of computer viruses, etc., and it is necessary to suspend the Service in order to deal with the problem promptly.
(e) In any other cases where the Management Team deems it appropriate to suspend the Service. 2.
2. MOBILE FIELD may suspend the Service if any of the events described in the preceding paragraph continues for a long period of time.
In the event of suspension or termination of the Service, the first drop operation team shall not be liable for the User's inability to use the Service during the period of suspension or termination.

Article 16: Termination of the Service
The MOBILE FIELD may terminate all or part of the Service at any time upon notice to the User.

Article 17: Miscellaneous
1. The user agrees in advance that the operation team may take time to respond to inquiries from the user, and may not be able to respond depending on the content of the inquiry.
2. If a problem arises between the user and the management team, both parties shall consult with each other in good faith and endeavor to resolve the problem.
3. Any matter not stipulated in these Terms of Use shall be subject to the separate stipulations of the MOBILE FIELD.

Article 18: Governing Law
1. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. 2.
2. In the event that a lawsuit becomes necessary despite consultation between the user and the MOBILE FIELD, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first trial.
